EVIDENCE FIRSTFOR MARKETING & OPERATIONS TEAMS ON HUBSPOT
Your team was hired to grow the business. Give recurring CRM cleanup, audience checks and follow-up planning a defined monthly budget—and give your marketers more time to market.
Turn the work that eats your week into a focused monthly service. Start with the tasks we can take off your plate, then see what the time and cost difference could be.
SMALL TIME DRAINS. A BIG ANNUAL COST.
YOUR TIME. YOUR COSTS. YOUR POTENTIAL SAVINGS.
A few hours each week can add up to weeks of capacity over a year. Compare the work you want to hand over with the full cost of a plan, including onboarding.
Estimate the value of covered work your team could hand over. We confirm the realistic workload before you commit.
Annual hours returned = weekly hours handed over × 52 − monthly review hours × 12. A workweek means 40 hours.
First-year time value after fees = annual hours returned × hourly cost − 12 monthly plan fees − one onboarding fee. This values staff capacity; existing payroll does not fall.
First-year cash difference = 12 × (removable monthly expense − monthly plan fee) − one onboarding fee.
Both scenarios assume the same workload and costs for 12 months. HubSpot and other external subscriptions are separate. Results are estimates, not a savings guarantee.

One-time onboarding is included in the first-year total.
Enter your workload to see the annual value after fees. The result depends on what we can realistically take on within your plan.
Request a scope reviewThe editable hourly example uses the BLS May 2025 market research analyst median, $78,760/year, multiplied by June 2026 private-industry total compensation $46.89 ÷ wages $32.82, divided by 2,080 annual hours. This is an adjacent role and broad employer-cost proxy, not a quote for a CRM specialist or your team. Replace it with your actual cost. Research checked October 17, 2026.

A SIMPLE WAY TO GET THE WORK MOVING
Start with the problems slowing down your team. Review what matters, agree on the work, and keep track of the result.

EVIDENCE FIRSTGet the affected records, the proposed fix and why it matters. Audience checks and follow-up plans support the same priorities.
NOTHING HIDDENReview exact changes before supported cleanup runs. Give a narrow recurring task permission only when its limits and risks are clear.
YOU STAY IN CONTROLSee verified results, work that needs another look and the history of each decision. Live execution is a separate validation step for the pilot.
FOLLOW-THROUGHFOR THE TEAM WITH A FULL CALENDAR
Your team’s time is already in the budget. Make more of it available for campaigns, customers and the projects that keep getting pushed back.
Tell us what's slowing you downBring missing fields, ownership gaps and formatting issues into one review queue, with the evidence beside each issue.
Choose a defined scope and monthly fee. Know how much support is included before you commit, with extra work agreed in advance.
Start with the work eating your week. Estimate the time it could return and the cost difference, then review whether the plan fits that workload.
FOCUSED SUPPORT. CONTROLLED OVERHEAD.
Get a defined amount of CRM support without adding an open-ended project to your team’s calendar. Choose the workload you need covered, then review the costs together.
Monthly USD. Request a scope review before enrollment. No payment or live connection is created here.
Record allowances cover agreed contacts, companies, and deals—not only marketing contacts. Workflow review and cleanup share the specialist-hour allowance. Supported work only; full scan coverage and automation must be validated at onboarding. Additional specialist time is $150/hour only by written agreement; no automatic overage charges. HubSpot subscriptions and third-party costs are separate.
The hours, reviewed fixes and record limits apply together. A batch of fixes means one agreed correction with a shared purpose and exact records to review, such as standardizing a selected field. It does not mean every technical processing batch. Safe retries do not use another batch allowance. Investigation, planning and review use the included specialist hours; more complex work needs an agreed scope before it starts.
KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING
Start with one useful job. We confirm access, coverage and delivery before accepting live work.
Audits, findings, exact change previews, recurring maintenance, business-specific lifecycle plans, sample dry runs, guarded local cleanup, verification, and history.
Authorized read-only HubSpot onboarding, actual coverage, secure production operations, and supported live changes. Live writes remain blocked until validated.
Some integrations do not expose their full error history. We show available evidence, confirmed causes, hypotheses, and exact manual next steps when needed.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Our goal is to take on a growing share of CRM upkeep, automation planning and lifecycle operations. Today’s local release supports maintenance and reviewable campaign designs; it does not yet operate live campaigns or replace a complete specialist role. We agree on a validated scope before onboarding. The calculator separates returned staff capacity from an expense you can actually avoid.
Yes. Confirm your business context, then adapt a lead follow-up, nurture, onboarding, renewal or re-engagement plan. Review audience rules, exclusions, timing, handoffs, message briefs and measurement. Saved dry runs use a limited sample of stored contacts. Design review does not send messages, enroll contacts or activate a HubSpot workflow; live implementation requires separate validation and approval.
HubSpot has useful native tools. Our proposed service adds a person responsible for a defined maintenance queue, evidence review, change preparation, and documented follow-through. We assess what your existing tools already do before agreeing on work.
Yes. In the synthetic workspace, clients can schedule audits, insight snapshots, audience checks and supported whitespace cleanup. Choose a review for every cleanup run, or explicitly authorize a recurring rule with a defined scope, limits and expiry. You can pause it at any time. Editing the rule invalidates its previous approval. Audience checks report results without changing list membership or enrolling contacts in campaigns. Live automated changes still require integration validation.
No. A change needs either approval of its exact version or a valid standing authorization for a narrowly defined recurring rule. Each automatic run records the rule that authorized it, exact changes and verified results. Changed scope, permissions, record state or dependencies can block execution. Merges, deletions, consent changes, email sending and workflow activation are outside this automatic cleanup feature.
No. Saved pre-change values can support recovery for eligible changes, but downstream workflow effects and other external actions may not be reversible. Limitations and uncertainties must be reviewed before execution.
Your inquiry is stored for review. It does not create a client account, charge a card, connect HubSpot, or enroll you in an email campaign. We need to agree on fit, access, and scope before onboarding.
